MESSAGE Software implemented in Govt.Secretariat

The software MESSAGE for “Kerala Secretariat Online” implemented in Higher Education Department on 27/03/2006 by NIC Kerala.  This is to establish a network based system to monitor the flow of Files & Petitions in Government Secretariat. The files, tapals/ petitions will be captured at source and the movements will be tracked across the secretariat. The software is developed in Open Software Technology (Linux-Appache-MySQL-PHP).  Software implemented in Tapal section and  Sections (A B, C, D, F, G,  J,  K & L)
